Air Leak Detected at the International Space Station

A minor air leak has been detected at the International Space Station. This was reported by РИА Новости, citing an informed source.

“To locate the source of the leak, it is planned to isolate the modules of the American segment of the space station by closing the doors between them,” said the agency's source.

According to the source, the situation does not threaten the station or the crew's safety. The air leak has been confirmed later by Roscosmos.

The agency reported that on Friday, the crew will move to the station's Zvezda module to conduct checks in the NASA segment modules. This decision was made in coordination with the American side.

Currently, Russian cosmonauts Anatoli Ivanishin and Ivan Wagner, as well as NASA astronaut Christopher Cassidy, are on board the station.
