VIDEO: How Azerbaijanis Are Tortured During Interrogations

Azerbaijani journalist Habib Muntazir has published photographs depicting the torture of individuals at a police station. In some of the images, people who have been tortured are seen lying flat on the ground, face down.

The photographs have sparked significant outrage, and the police spokesperson stated that the images were taken at the Organized Crime Department. The journalist deems this explanation false, insisting that one of the photographs features the emblem of the Azerbaijani police.
