Stabbing Incident in Myasnikyan Village
On August 11, around 1:30 AM, the police department of Baghramyan received a report from a hospital regarding a resident of Myasnikyan village who sought medical assistance for a stab wound to the abdomen.
The victim concealed the real circumstances of the incident, telling the doctors that he had fallen in the yard. However, the operational group that arrived at the hospital and then proceeded to Myasnikyan village uncovered a different story.
It was revealed that on August 10, around 11:30 PM, during an argument over domestic issues, the victim had been stabbed by a fellow villager, a 34-year-old resident of Myasnikyan village. Thanks to the explanatory work of law enforcement, the suspect turned himself in at the Baghramyan police department and confessed to the act.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident, and investigations are underway. The knife has been discovered and seized.
