Fire Near Mikayelyan Institute of Surgery

On August 9, at 20:26, the National Center for Crisis Management received a call reporting a fire at the Mikayelyan Institute of Surgery. Fire and Rescue Service units responded to the scene with a Level 2 alarm, sending six fire-fighting teams from the Yerevan Rescue Directorate, an operational group from the Fire Suppression and Rescue Operations Organization Division, and one aerial ladder.

It was found that the fire had broken out in the area adjacent to the Mikayelyan Institute of Surgery, where construction waste was on fire.
