Identity of Decapitated Body Found in Iron Pipe Identified

The identity of the decapitated body extracted from an iron pipe in the orchards of the administrative area of Nor Geghi village in Kotayk region has been established. According to Shamshyan.com, on July 21, a resident of Charentsavan city, Varditer G., reported to the Charentsavan police department that her husband, 80-year-old Vazgen G., had left home a day earlier to go to the forest and had not returned.

On the same day, a report was received by the Charentsavan police department from a citizen who stated that he had discovered men's clothing, a walking stick, and personal belongings near the water conduit and near the Charentsavan military enlistment office.

A police operational group arrived at the specified location and subsequently invited Varditer G. She confirmed that the clothing and belongings belonged to her husband. On the same day, a search operation was initiated to locate Vazgen G., who was reported missing.

After the body was discovered, a series of examinations were ordered by the investigator, and Varditer G. was invited to the morgue for identification purposes, where she confirmed to law enforcement that it was her husband.

As previously reported, a mysterious incident occurred in Kotayk region on July 28. Around 3:30 PM, the 911 operational management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call reporting that there was a body in an iron pipe located in the orchards of Nor Geghi village.
