Citizen Falls Into Mudflow Channel on Armavir-Norapat Highway

On August 9, at 1:34 PM, the Crisis Management National Center received a call that a person had fallen into a mudflow channel on the right side of the Armavir-Norapat highway at the 1st km mark.

A rescue team from the Armavir Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

Rescuers pulled Gegham G. (born in 1973) out of the mudflow channel and brought him to an ambulance, where doctors evaluated his health condition as satisfactory.
