14-Year-Old Boy Falls into Hrazdan River
On August 9, at 15:16, the National Crisis Management Center received a call that a 14-year-old boy had fallen into the Hrazdan River. Emergency responders from the Kotayk Regional Rescue Department, including one fire-rescue unit and a special water rescue team, were dispatched to the scene.
