The Underpass of the Fish Shop is Being Cleared of Unsanitary Conditions

The spokesperson for the City Hall, Hakob Karapetyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "The underpass of the Fish Shop is being returned to the community and renovated. The grids of the underpass at the intersection of Surb Gr. Lusavorich Street and Mashtots Avenue are being dismantled, the area is being cleaned and brought to proper condition.

A significant portion of the underpass area was previously assigned to a private entity. It has now been returned to the community. As a result, it has become possible to eliminate the unsanitary conditions of the underpass, which pedestrians and local residents have complained about for years. After the cleaning, washing, and lighting work are completed, a reconstruction project for the area will be developed."
