Azerbaijan Conducts Special Operation on Russian Territory, Says Stepan Danielyan

Political scientist Stepan Danielyan wrote on his Facebook page: “The clashes between Armenians and Azerbaijanis in Russia may have interesting developments. It is evident that Azerbaijan has participated in these events at a state level. What does this mean? It means that Azerbaijan has conducted a special operation on Russian territory. Such actions are unforgivable. This is an act against Russia's sovereignty, which no self-respecting state will overlook. Otherwise, it may happen again.
