We Are Losing Our Country: Mikayel Minasyan

Former Armenian Ambassador to the Holy See Mikayel Minasyan commented on the interview of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, that took place yesterday.

“I watched President Kocharyan’s interview. Against the backdrop of more than two years of a deficit of speeches worthy of a statesman on the Armenian screen, it was pleasant to hear meaningful discourse. A discourse rich in significance, critical thinking, and cold reasoning; an understanding of all the major developments in a global context and their causal relationships; a legacy of thought, an analytical filtering of phenomena from the secondary, and a positively justified self-confidence. My words are for the wise: there was much to learn from the interview.

I know that conspirators will be invigorated now. It is no longer time to pay attention to such people; we are losing our country…” Minasyan wrote on his Facebook page.
