Opposition Violated Ceasefire Regime 15 Times, Firing 120 Shots Towards Armenian Positions

On the night of July 29 to 30, and this morning, relative calm has been maintained along the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Shushan Stepanyan, on her Facebook page.

She specifically noted: “The Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire regime 15 times, firing approximately 120 shots towards Armenian positions. In separate segments of combat positions located in the direction of Chambarak, there were 2 violations; in the directions of Chinari, Aygedzor, Movses, Paravakar and Koti, there were 8 violations; and in the directions of Yeraskh, Areni, and Zangakatun, there were 5 violations. The opposition also fired ineffectively twice using the 'Igla-S' system.”
