Activity of the National Gallery of Armenia Suspended Temporarily
The Yerevan Territorial Center of the State Health Inspectorate conducted active inspection visits today, particularly in juice and canned goods factories, while also implementing suspensions. Among those suspended today was one branch of the "Apricot" supermarket and the National Gallery of Armenia, a state institution under the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.
Suspensions also occurred in Vanadzor, Abovyan, and Yeghengadzor, primarily affecting individual entrepreneurs. In Stepanavan, businesses are generally complying with the safety rules established by the authorities to prevent the spread of the pandemic.
This was the observation made today by the Northern Territorial Center of the Health and Labor Inspection Body, whose professional teams conducted extensive intensified inspections in the city. The inspectors did not record any significant violations; those noted were correctable on-site and did not serve as grounds for suspension.
The inspections covered a fairly wide range of sectors, including retail trade centers, beauty salons, pharmacies, and more. Meanwhile, the working groups of the State Health Inspectorate continue their extensive work in the capital and other regions. Key areas of inspection also include medical institutions and laboratories conducting PCR tests, the latter being subject to continuous monitoring as stipulated by the decree of the authorities.
The Yerevan Territorial Center of the State Health Inspectorate warned that although violations have significantly decreased, surprise inspections occur daily and everywhere. Administrative liability is inevitable in cases of violations.
