Suicide Attempt Prevented in Kapan

On July 29, at 17:36, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting that a girl standing on the banks of the Voghji River on Spandaryan Street in Kapan was attempting to take her own life by jumping into the river. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

An operational group from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers prevented the suicide attempt of Diana M. (born in 1997) and brought her close to an ambulance.
