Two Cars Roll into the Ravine Near Shorja Village: Injuries Reported
The Crisis Management National Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received a call on July 26 at 10:15 AM reporting a traffic accident near Shorja village, involving a collision between two vehicles with injuries.
It was revealed that at the 15th kilometer of the Shorja-Tsovagyugh highway, a 'Mercedes C' (driver: Gurgen A., born 1984) and a 'Honda Accord' (driver: Mamikon K., born 1985) collided and rolled about 4 meters into a nearby ravine.
The 'Mercedes C' overturned and landed on top of a parked 'VAZ-2121' vehicle (without a license plate). Rescuers approached the two ambulances to assist the passengers of the 'Mercedes C': Garik M., Mayis A., Kajik A., as well as the passenger of the 'Honda Accord': Harutyun S. The injured were transported to the Jambarak Medical Center, where doctors assessed their condition as moderate.
Rescuers disconnected the vehicles' batteries and shut off the gas cylinder valves.
