An angry mob of Azerbaijanis attacked a car with Armenian license plates in Moscow, striking the driver through the window and damaging the vehicle. This was reported by Aram Karapetyan, the president of the New Times party, who published a video on his Facebook page. He quoted sources from Инфотека24.ru, stating that Azerbaijanis are organizing gangs in Moscow to target Armenians.
