Shooting at Armenians in Moscow with a Traumatic Pistol, Says David Tonoyan

Shooting incidents targeting Armenians by Azerbaijanis continued throughout the night in Moscow. Currently, relative calm has returned to the city, although incidents still occur. This was stated by David Tonoyan, co-chairman of the Union of Armenians of Russia, in an interview with Avrora News.

He specifically mentioned that shots were fired at Armenians with a traumatic pistol, resulting in three reported injuries. Regarding a citizen who was stabbed by Azerbaijanis last night and others who were beaten, Tonoyan noted that the injured did not remain in hospitals; however, the stabbed citizen was discharged from the hospital during the night.

Addressing information circulating on the internet suggesting that Armenians are also attacking Azerbaijani establishments in retaliation, Tonoyan refuted those claims, stating that Armenians have not taken such actions, emphasizing that the actions taken by Armenians were of a self-defensive nature.
