Methods of Counteracting Reconnaissance-Strike Drones to be Studied

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Shushan Stepanyan, wrote on her Facebook page: “Today, planned exercises of the Armenian-Russian unified air defense system have commenced, aimed at studying methods of countering reconnaissance-strike drones. During the exercises, new forms of combating UAVs will be developed to enhance the countermeasure systems.

Leaders from all units of the Armenian and Russian anti-aircraft missile complexes, as well as the Armenian and Russian fighter aviation and the air defense artillery of the Armed Forces of Armenia will participate in the training and developments.”
