Karen Hovhannisyan: 'Yashma' Never Reports on Casualties and Missing Persons

Armenian expert on Azerbaijan, Karen Hovhannisyan, writes on his Facebook page: 'Yashma, or 052, never reports on casualties and missing persons, as this aspect is regulated by the contract concluded between Yashma and the recruits. In the case of becoming missing or being killed, information is not disclosed; and in case of information leaks, the relatives of the deceased or missing person are deprived of indefinite monthly compensation.'
