VIDEO: A Pack of Dogs Wrecks a Parked Car in Yerevan

A user on the social media platform Facebook has posted a video showing how a pack of dogs has damaged a parked car. The user also shared a photo of the attacked and damaged vehicle.

In their post, they wrote: “This morning around 6 AM, a pack of rabid dogs attacked a car and literally tore it apart, they have devoured it!! Now, please tell me, dear Yerevan Municipality, who is responsible for all this? As a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, why should I incur financial losses due to your or your municipal organization's inaction? And let’s imagine a human presence in that situation; are you not ashamed?”
