Response from Stray Animal Neutralization Center to Video Circulating Online
The Stray Animal Neutralization Center has responded to a video circulating online, which claims that dogs are damaging cars.
Today, the center received a report from a resident of Yerevan stating that a group of stray dogs had damaged their car parked in the yard. Following the report, the center's director, Hrachya Aghabekyan, arrived at the scene with staff members to gather details.
The owner of the damaged vehicle stated that the dogs visible in the video did not exhibit aggressive behavior. According to the citizen's assumption, the animals' behavior may be related to the presence of a cat underneath the car.
The management of the center and the vehicle owner, maintaining a collaborative atmosphere, will seek to find a joint solution to the situation within the framework of the center's functions.
