Resignation Parade at the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body
The employees of the Republic of Armenia's Environmental and Mining Inspection Body have begun to 'breathe' again following Vigen Avetisyan's resignation. Currently, the acting head of the inspection body is Gnel Hasratyan. It is unclear when the body will have a permanent leader.
Interestingly, after Vigen Avetisyan's resignation, his advisors have also left. For instance, advisors Arthur Otharyan, Yerem Sahakyan, and Hayk Vardanyan have submitted their resignation letters.
According to information obtained by the 'Zhoghovurd' newspaper, the future of assistant Alexander Kirakosyan is now at risk. It turns out that after Vigen Avetisyan's resignation, Kirakosyan unexpectedly 'contracted' the coronavirus, and when the management requested him to see a doctor and present the results, he inexplicably refused.
