Enemy Violated Ceasefire Regime 17 Times with Approximately 183 Shots Fired: Ministry of Defense Spokesperson

On the night of July 20 to 21 at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, a relative calm has been maintained. However, the enemy has violated the ceasefire regime 17 times by firing approximately 183 shots towards Armenian positions. This was reported by Defence Ministry spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan on her Facebook page.

“In the direction of Sotk and Artanish, combat positions were fired on 2 occasions. In the direction of Movses, Aygepar, Vazashen, Dovekh, and Barekamavan, there have been 9 violations in total. In the direction of Yeraskh, Chiva, and Zangakatun, combat positions were targeted 6 times. The Armed Forces of Armenia are maintaining restraint and only responding to fire targeting our positions,” she noted.
