VIDEO: Police Handcuff and Detain 2 Girls for Not Wearing Masks

Today, on July 21, near the government building in Yerevan, police handcuffed and detained two girls who were not wearing masks. A police officer explained that they approached the girls who were not wearing masks, and when they did not comply with the officers' demands, they were taken to the Central Police Station. According to him, the reason for using handcuffs was their inadequate behavior: "That is, they approached, pulled, hit, and resisted. Therefore, force was used and handcuffs were placed on them."
