Suspensions in Arabkir and Nor Nork Administrative Districts of Yerevan

On July 21, the State Inspectorate of Market Surveillance conducted monitoring in the city of Gyumri and the Central Administrative District of Yerevan. During follow-up visits in Gyumri, no violations were detected by the inspectors. This was reported by the Government of Armenia.

In the gold market of the 'Tashir' shopping center in Yerevan's Central District, the monitoring group observed issues related to temperature measurement logs, which were corrected on-site. The inspectors reported violations at the 'Gnun' building materials fair, where temperature measurement devices and logs were absent, as well as special closed bins for masks and gloves.

Reports on the violations are being prepared and will be submitted to the commandant's office. The monitoring process carried out by the inspectorate across the entire territory of Armenia continues.

On July 21, the State Inspectorate also implemented suspensions in the Arabkir and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan. The operation of several trading points for building materials has been suspended for 24 hours due to the absence of markings for maintaining social distancing, temperature measurement devices, and measurement logs.

It is important to note that the State Inspectorate of Market Surveillance continues to conduct monitoring in shopping centers, fairs, construction stores, and retail points for liquid fuel, compressed natural gas, or liquefied petroleum gas according to the commandant's decision dated May 3.
