Storm Causes Damage in Noyemberyan: Nikolay Grigoryan

Nikolay Grigoryan, adviser to the governor of Tavush Province in Armenia, has reported that strong winds, hail, and heavy rain have caused significant damage to both residential buildings and trees in Noyemberyan.

“The sky has torn open in Noyemberyan. There is always some disaster, some damage; it’s inevitable. Strong winds, hail, and torrential rain have wreaked havoc in Noyemberyan,” Grigoryan wrote on his Facebook page, accompanied by photographs.
