Motorboat Collides with Rock in Lake Sevan, Injured Person Reported

On July 19, at 12:53 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a motorboat had collided with a rock near the "Harsnakar" restaurant complex beach in Sevan. There is at least one injured person.

This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations. A special rescue team from the emergency services of the Gegharkunik regional rescue department was dispatched to the scene.

Before the rescuers arrived, the injured individual was pulled ashore by local forces. The injured person, identified as Syuzanna B. (born in 1993), was hospitalized at Sevan Medical Center.
