COVID-19: 13 People Die in Armenia in the Last Day

As of July 17, at 11:00 AM, there have been a total of 34,001 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Armenia, with 22,492 recoveries and 620 deaths. Currently, 10,692 patients are receiving treatment for the virus. A total of 143,144 tests have been conducted.

In the last day, there have been 442 new confirmed cases and 561 recoveries. Unfortunately, 13 individuals have succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours. The Ministry of Health reports the deceased patients were aged 56 (male), 53 (male), 51 (male), 64 (male), 70 (female), 76 (male), 84 (male), 73 (female), 79 (male), 68 (male), 49 (male), 62 (male), and 83 (male). All deceased had accompanying chronic health conditions.

On the previous day, 8 deaths were recorded among patients with confirmed coronavirus infections; however, they died due to other health issues. The total number of such cases is 197.
