We Urge to Avoid Organizing Car Rallies to Tavush: Artur Aghavanyan
Former spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Defense Artur Aghavanyan wrote on his Facebook page: "We urge to exclude the travel of individual volunteer groups to Tavush and to avoid organizing car rallies to Tavush. Such actions at this moment can disrupt the normal operations of the Armed Forces and local self-government bodies."
