Gyumri: Road Completely Closed Due to Heavy Rain

Facebook user Sey Yailakhanian has shared photos from Gyumri and reported that the road leading to the city is closed due to torrential rains.
“Gyumri is CLOSED. There has been a traffic jam for over an hour on the road leading into the city, stretching for kilometers. The whole road is blocked due to rain. A lake has formed in a specific area,” he writes.
