Nikol Pashinyan Congratulates Nursultan Nazarbayev

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Nursultan Nazarbayev, the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the occasion of his birthday. The message states:
