115 Arrested in Turkey for Investigating Erdogan's Financial Movements

115 individuals have been arrested in Turkey, who previously worked for the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) and dared to examine the financial transactions of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. They are accused of having connections with "terrorists," according to Ermenihaber.am.

The incident stems from these individuals searching for Erdogan's name during their work in the agency. Later, they moved on to other jobs, but their "actions have been uncovered." Turkish law enforcement claims that these individuals have connections to the Gülen movement, which is accused of orchestrating the 2016 coup attempt.

Interestingly, these people were employed in the agency right after the coup attempt when a "witch hunt" was initiated across the entire state apparatus under Erdogan's directive.
