VIDEO: Armavir Police Uncover Shop Theft Incidents

The officers of the Armavir Police Division received information that an 18-year-old resident was committing thefts on the 18th street of Armavir. After verifying the authenticity of the information, the suspect was apprehended around noon on June 25.

It was revealed that on the night of June 23, he had stolen 120,000 drams from a metal cabinet in a shop on Yerevanian Street in Armavir, taking advantage of the store employee's negligence. He had also committed a theft at this shop in January, but the store owner never reported it to the police. When the suspect attempted to steal from the same shop for the third time on June 25, the police caught him.

The suspect has provided a confession. A report has been accepted from the victim, and circumstances are being clarified. Materials are being prepared regarding the incident.
