Today, a meeting of the Armenian Football Federation’s (AFF) Club Licensing Committee was held at the AFF headquarters concerning the licensing of clubs participating in the Armenian First League. This was reported by ArmSport.am.

During the meeting, the licensing documentation of 10 candidates was reviewed, including the football clubs “Ani,” “Aragats,” “Dilijan,” “Inter,” “Masis,” “Noravank,” “Mountainous Artsakh,” “Sevan,” “West Armenia,” and “Torpedo,” which applied for licenses to compete in the First League.

  • FA Inter LLC – The club failed to meet the requirements specified in Articles 19 and 44 of the AFF Club Licensing Regulations (2020 edition). The player contracts do not comply with FIFA regulations concerning player status and transfers. The club did not provide adequate information regarding its legal structure and financial backer.
  • Masis FA LLC – The club did not meet the requirements of Article 44 of the AFF Club Licensing Regulations (2020 edition) and submitted unreliable information regarding its legal group structure and financial sources to the AFF Licensing Department.
  • FA Torpedo LLC – The club failed to meet the requirements established by Article 44 of the AFF Club Licensing Regulations (2020 edition) and submitted unreliable information regarding its legal group structure and financial sources.
