Customs Committee Discovers Concealed Goods under Customs Control

Employees of the Eastern Customs Directorate of the State Revenue Committee recently conducted a customs check at the Bagratashen checkpoint on a freight vehicle operated by a citizen of Armenia arriving from Georgia. This information was provided by the press service of the RA SRC.

During an X-ray inspection, it was revealed that there were undeclared goods present in the vehicle's cabin. Specifically, the visual inspection of the freight cabin uncovered a total of 3.5 kg of medication, 4 ‘iPhone 11 PRO’ mobile phones, and 10 earphones hidden in bags located in the rest area.

In connection with the incident, a report was filed regarding the violation of customs regulations.
