The Head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Yerevan City Hall, Hovsep Kubatyan, has published a video on his Facebook page, stating: "But where are the trash bins of Myasnikyan Avenue? The trash bins have been thrown into the river. Some people are not used to living normally.
