Major Fire in Yerevan: 3 Ford Transit Vehicles Reduced to Ashes

A major fire broke out in Yerevan, near the Malayan Ophthalmology Center, in an area covered with grass. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the incident was recorded around midnight yesterday. Fire crews from the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ number 7 and number 13 fire and rescue units responded to the scene. The firefighters first prevented the spread of the flames and then extinguished the fire.

As a result of the fire, three non-operational Ford Transit vehicles were completely burned and reduced to a pile of ashes, along with accumulated waste in the vicinity. The cause of the fire will be determined after an investigation.
