Live: Government Agenda Includes 31 Items
The government of Armenia, led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, is holding its regular meeting today, May 27. The agenda includes 31 items, of which 27 will not be reported.
It should be noted that since tomorrow, May 28, is a non-working day, the government meeting has been moved to today.
The agenda specifically includes the following items:
- Draft decision on the establishment of the "Central Military Sports Club" state institution of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia,
- Approval and urgent consideration of the package of draft laws on amendments to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia regarding the "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia" and amendments to the law on the remuneration of persons holding state positions and public service positions,
- Establishment of the procedure for graduates of vocational educational institutions showing high performance to continue their education in higher education institutions in relevant specialties for the academic year 2020-2021,
- Establishing rules for calculating the effective range of a clarified hand,
- Granting permission for the implementation of licensed activities to the limited liability company "PromStroy",
- Transferring the authority to manage the shares belonging to the state in the closed joint-stock company "Galactica" to the State Property Management Committee,
- Approval of the proposal to sign a letter of agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the Reconstruction Loan Bank regarding the extension of the deadline for "German Financial Cooperation with the Republic of Armenia: Complex Water Resources Management/Akhuryan River – Phase 1",
- Regarding the draft decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia on the approval of the financing agreement worth 10 million euros between the Republic of Armenia and the French Development Agency.
