VIDEO: I spoke about the Prime Minister's resignation back in January, Arthur Vanetsyan
“I neither confirm nor deny anything, nor do I comment.” This was stated today, on May 25, by former National Security Service Director Arthur Vanetsyan during a press conference with reporters after leaving the Special Investigative Service. This came in response to a question regarding whether he, as Mikael Minasyan claimed, met with Nikol Pashinyan to say that he should cease political activities and pay a symbolic amount of money, after which the criminal cases against him would be suspended.
“A criminal case has been opened regarding that statement at the Special Investigative Service, and a pre-trial investigation is being conducted within the framework of that case. Therefore, in order not to disclose the confidentiality of the pre-trial investigation, I cannot provide any comments regarding this case,” said Vanetsyan.
