Arthur Vanetsyan at the Special Investigation Service: Confirms Meeting Mikhail Minasian in Rome

The former director of the National Security Service Arthur Vanetsyan is currently at the Special Investigation Service (SIS). Before entering, he stated that he was invited in connection with the announcements made by Mikhail Minasian.
In response to a question from Radio Liberty about whether he met Mikhail Minasian in Rome as an intermediary, Vanetsyan replied, "I acted exclusively within the framework of my official powers." Regarding the question of whether Mikhail Minasian had rejected him, he responded, "I will come out and we will talk," and then went inside.
