Tragic Fire in Lusaghbyur: House, 'VAZ-21099' and 'KamAZ' Burned, 2 Victims
On May 19 at 00:44, the National Crisis Management Center received information about a fire in house number 12 on 4th Street in the village of Lusaghbyur, Shirak Province. Four fire-fighting teams from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene.
The fire was contained by 02:15 and extinguished by 06:08. The entire house (approximately 240 square meters) was burned down, a 'VAZ-21099' vehicle parked nearby was completely burned, and a 'KamAZ' truck was partially damaged. Additionally, a window of house number 10 and three windows of house number 33 on 1st Street were damaged.
Rescuers discovered the bodies of Meda M. (born in 1928) and Khnarik M. (born in 1963) inside the house.
