Large Brawl in Yerevan: Involved Baseball Bats, Metal Rods, Stones, and Hammers - New Details
On May 13, at 21:14, a report was received at the Mashtots police department stating that a brawl was occurring on Lukashin Street.
Police operational units immediately responded to the scene. Through operational investigative measures, it was determined that at 21:00, two young men aged 18 and 22 had a dispute near building number 1 on Lukashin Street due to a failure to yield on the road. Subsequently, the friends of both young men joined the argument.
Grossly violating public order, they exchanged insults for an extended period of time, which escalated into violence, with mutual blows delivered using stones, metal rods, and hammers.
Two individuals sought medical assistance at a hospital for their injuries. At 23:00, Mashtots police detained four young men on suspicion of hooliganism.
