Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, has announced that he has contracted COVID-19. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

The Kremlin representative also stated that he is currently in the hospital.

It is worth noting that earlier, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin reported that two deputies infected with COVID-19 are still in the hospital.
