Criminal Responsibility is Anticipated: The Traffic Police Issued a Statement

The Traffic Police have once again informed that criminal responsibility is envisaged for certain violations of traffic legislation.
In particular, the following actions incur criminal responsibility:
- Driving a vehicle by a person deprived of the right to drive, including in cases of driving under the influence or refusing to undergo sobriety tests, which is subject to stricter penalties.
- Driving a vehicle by a person whose driving rights have been suspended, including stricter penalties in cases of driving under the influence or refusing to undergo sobriety tests.
- Driving a vehicle for the second time within a year by a person who does not have the right to drive.
- Driving under the influence by a person who does not have the right to drive.
- Refusing to undergo sobriety tests or evading them by a person who does not have the right to drive.
We urge everyone to comply with the requirements of traffic legislation.
