Attempt to Run Down MP Nikolay Baghdasaryan on Bicycle

The Central Police Department has initiated materials regarding the incident of violence against a representative of the government. This is reported by Shamshyan.com.

On May 11, 2020, Nikolay Baghdasaryan, a 45-year-old resident of Yerevan, approached the Central Police Department and stated that on the same day, between 17:00 and 17:15, an unknown person had rapidly approached him on a bicycle, tried to run him down, and then made threats and sexual insults directed at him.

Baghdasaryan informed the police that all of this was related to his professional activities, and the incident occurred in front of the Constitutional Court. Nikolay Baghdasaryan is a member of the National Assembly and part of the “My Step” faction.
