Details Revealed on the Killing of 'Sovrano' Manager: It Was a 'Girl's Account' - 'Zhoghovurd'

‘Zhoghovurd’ newspaper reports: Details have emerged regarding the murder that took place in the Armavir region. The victim was A. Badoyan, the manager of 'Sovrano' LLC, and a 45-year-old resident of the Zvartnots district in Echmiadzin, Arman Grigoryan, has been arrested on suspicion of the murder. Previously, Grigoryan had several convictions.

What led him to kill A. Badoyan? According to initial information received, years ago, Arman Grigoryan had kidnapped A. Badoyan’s fiancée, whom he was engaged to. For this act, Grigoryan faced criminal liability and was sentenced to imprisonment. Now, after years, having been released from prison, he went to A. Badoyan’s residence to settle the score and killed him.

Preliminary information indicates that he explained to the law enforcement authorities that he had never forgiven A. Badoyan for being engaged to the girl he also loved.

Recall that on May 10, 2020, at approximately 2:40 AM, an unknown person entered a house on Charents Street in Armavir city and fired a shot with a 16-gauge hunting rifle with the intent to kill a 29-year-old resident of that house, subsequently fleeing the scene. The victim died at the scene from the inflicted injuries.
