Spain follows in second place with 253 thousand 682 confirmed cases, with a mortality rate of 25 thousand 857.
Italy ranks third with a total of 214 thousand 457 confirmed cases and 29 thousand 684 deaths. Next in line is the United Kingdom, which has surpassed France, reporting 201 thousand 101 confirmed cases, with 30 thousand 076 deaths.
