Artashat Police Uncover Car Theft Incidents, Another Suspect Still Being Sought

The detectives of the Artashat division of the police received information that an 18-year-old resident of the Vostan village had committed thefts of personal property.

After verifying the authenticity of the information, on April 30, the suspect was brought to the Artashat police department. It was revealed that in March, he, along with a friend, had stolen a speaker from a parked 'VAZ-2110' car on Tovmasyan Street in Artashat using their loudspeakers.

Days later, they secretly stole a speaker and a front light from a 'Subaru Traviyu' car on the same street. The suspect has given a confessional statement, and some of the stolen items have been recovered.

Measures are being taken to locate the other participant involved in the thefts. The circumstances are being clarified, and materials are being prepared regarding the incident.
