Police and Rescuers Prevent Suicide Attempt from Yerevan's Victory Bridge

On April 28, at 15:31, the Crisis Management National Center received information that a citizen was attempting to commit suicide by jumping off Yerevan's Victory Bridge. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A team from the Yerevan Fire and Rescue Department, an operational group from the Crisis Management National Center, and a psychological counseling instructor from the psychological support division were dispatched to the scene.

Through the combined efforts of police and rescuers, the suicide attempt of Samvel M. (born in 1981) was prevented. He has been taken to the Central Police Department.
