Collission In Front of Vernissage Involves Diplomatic Plate Mercedes S Class and '06' Car; One Injured
Today, on April 28, a serious car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 11:00 AM, on Khanjyan Street, in front of the Vernissage, a Mercedes 500 S Class with the diplomatic plate number 40 T 001 AM collided with a VAZ 2106 car bearing the number 34 FD 150. This was reported by shamshyan.com.
As a result of the accident, one person was injured and first received assistance from citizens and firefighters from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and later from the doctors of the Yerevan 1-03 emergency service who arrived quickly at the scene. The injured individual was initially treated on-site and then transferred to the number 1 university hospital.
According to a photojournalist, the Mercedes veered off the roadway after the collision and ended up on a green lawn, while the vehicle is registered in the name of one of the diplomatic missions operating in Armenia.
