Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly Scheduled for April 28: Amendments to the State Budget on the Agenda

The government has decided during its session today, April 23, to propose to the President of the National Assembly to convene an extraordinary session on April 28 at 11:00 AM.

The agenda includes the following items:

• Draft law on amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the State Budget for the year 2020.
• Draft law on amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Legal Regime of the State of Emergency, and on the package of draft laws on making additions to the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Normative Legal Acts, with an emphasis on approving and prioritizing these drafts.
• Draft law on amendments and additions to the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia.
• Package of draft laws on making additions to the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Armenia.

It is noted that the Prime Minister or the head of the authorized state administration body in the field of public finance management will deliver a main report lasting up to 15 minutes regarding the changes to the state budget law of 2020.
